“Satisfying the expectations of an executive management team that is very competitive and a board of directors who only want their names associated with quality is a difficult group to please. Yet BHC is able to more than please.”

— Andrew L. Ross, President and CEO, The Children’s Guild

“BHC is a pleasure to work with! Their services are top-notch and truly client-oriented. You feel as though they are a member of your organization.”

— Sr. Alice M. Talone, C.B.S., past president of Sisters of Bon Secours, U.S.A. in Baltimore.

To promote the opening of the Stanford Grill in Columbia, BHC developed an invitation for a VIP pre-opening reception, which we also helped execute. In addition, BHC coordinated an extensive and highly successful PR campaign and updated the existing website.

To ensure a brand is well-formulated and impactful, all marketing materials must generate the same look, feel and tone. To that end, BHC developed the Doctors Community Hospital (Lanham, Md.) patient handbook, which had to correspond with the DCH brand BHC crafted.

After strategizing on how best to further market services of the Baltimore-based Upside Down Organization, BHC developed a masthead, edited copy and utilized software to send out a timely and informative e-newsletter, resulting in increased interaction with customers who ordered products, registered for a hosted event or booked a speaker for their organization.

“BHC is a critical asset in all aspects of our marketing and business development efforts. They have developed enormous credibility with the board and executive team and are universally viewed as a resource by the entire hospital. They aren’t our agency, they are our partner.”

— Scott Gregerson, Esq., Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Doctors Community Hospital

“BHC has made a fundamental difference in how we shape our message to our stakeholders and in our strategic approach to communications. The flexibility and dedication of its staff makes it feel like they are a part of our organization, especially because they understand us so well. BHC has helped us create consistency in our message, and they articulate our strategic objectives in a clear and understandable way.”

— Louise K. Zirretta, president, Har Sinai Congregation

“BHC has assisted us with a wide range of public relations and marketing initiatives for nearly 10 years. They understand not only our needs, but more importantly, the needs of our target markets and audiences. They deliver results and do it on time and within budget.”

— Paul M. Gleichauf, senior vice president, managed care, planning and marketing for Howard County General Hospital, located in Columbia, Md.

“The quality, experience, professionalism and responsiveness of Bonnie and her team are second to none when comparing her company to hundreds of other vendors with which we deal. This commitment to her customers has helped her build a very successful company which represents some of Baltimore’s premier businesses.”

— Victor Broccolino, president and CEO, Howard County General Hospital
