Howard County General Hospital “Wellness Matters” Newsletter

BHC works with Howard County General Hospital and the Howard Hospital Foundation to develop their quarterly newsletter, which is distributed to families in Howard and surrounding counties. Utilizing onsite photography that BHC coordinates, the newsletter is filled with feature articles that educate the public on relevant health topics while promoting hospital physicians, service lines and/or technology. The newsletter further serves as a marketing tool by providing information about events and programs.

Doctors Community Hospital “Hospital Happenings” Newsletter

Targeting its internal audience, Doctors Community Hospital enlisted BHC to help develop its monthly staff newsletter. In addition to editing content, BHC uses its knowledge of the inner workings of the hospital to ensure that information is accurate and includes any relevant graphic elements that the agency has created for various service lines and initiatives.

Monarch Academy “Wingspan” Newsletter

As a key element of Monarch Academy’s recruitment effort, BHC develops a four-page newsletter that presents specific examples of the implementation and success of the school’s unique curriculum and environment. The newsletter, which is part of an award-winning marketing campaign to launch the school, also features comments from current parents and promotes upcoming events to encourage potential families to attend and enroll.

Doctors Community Hospital MEDITECH Flier

To educate staff and encourage enthusiasm for the hospital’s investment in new technology, BHC developed an eye-catching flier.

Domestic Violence Center Dating Forum Flier

The Domestic Violence Center of Howard County wanted to promote its dating violence forum, which was geared toward college-aged young adults. Using its knowledge of the prevalence of text messaging for this demographic, BHC developed a compelling flier that visually captured the subject matter and target audience, while providing relevant information for potential attendees.

Doctors Community Hospital “Pulse Point” Newsletter

Physicians are a core demographic of any hospital’s marketing efforts. In that vein, BHC works with Doctors Community Hospital to develop its physician newsletter to ensure that these key personnel are in the know about hospital initiatives, key changes, new staff, and important events.

Har Sinai Congregation Facilities Rental Brochure

In order to capitalize on a potential revenue source, Har Sinai Congregation enlisted BHC to develop an informational brochure outlining the special event rental opportunities at the synagogue’s facilities.

To encourage attendees for Howard Hospital Foundation’s signature holiday fundraising event, BHC developed an award-winning look for the event that was adapted for various outlets including a flier, signage, print advertising, etc.

The Center for Breast Imaging Guide to Educated Breast Health Brochure

After developing a logo for the Breast Imaging Center, BHC developed related collateral—such as this breast biopsy brochure—that reflected the branded look and could serve as marketing material to promote the new service line at Doctors Community Hospital.
