Colliers International Baltimore Grand Opening Reception Evite
BHC developed an electronic invitation to invite local VIPs, key clients and local business contacts, and staff to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Baltimore office of Colliers International in Columbia, Md. In addition to developing the invitation design that was in keeping with Colliers International branding guidelines, BHC coordinated all the event details from selecting and working with a caterer to garnering media coverage to booking live entertainment and hiring a photographer.
Doctors Community Hospital Sleep Center Open House Invite
In order to specifically target referral sources for The Sleep Center at Doctors Community Hospital, BHC developed an invitation card that conveyed a key-selling point of the center—homelike amenities in each of the private rooms.
Stanford Grill Pre-Opening Reception Evite
To launch the opening of Stanford Grill, a restaurant in Columbia, Md., BHC used the company’s existing logo and facility colors to create both an invitation and e-invitation, inviting local VIPs and important business contacts to a pre-opening reception. In addition to utilizing BHC’s in-house graphic design department, Stanford Grill also hired BHC to develop the guest list, hire a photographer, amend their existing website, and garner PR coverage. Following the 35 media clips BHC attained for Stanford Grill, the restaurant now routinely has hour-long waits for lunch and dinner.
Monarch Academy Dedication Ceremony Invite and Program Book
To recognize the successful launch of The Children’s Guild’s first charter school, Monarch Academy in Glen Burnie, Md., BHC developed an invitation and program book for the school’s dedication event. The look reflected not only the school’s colors, but also the travel theme that the client intended for the event and the school. BHC also helped coordinate the hiring of a caterer, booking a photographer to capture the event, and PR coverage. This event was the culmination of BHC’s award-winning efforts to market the launch of the school.
