Joyce Lippens is the special projects/office manager for Bonnie Heneson Communications (BHC). She is responsible for ordering specialty items, coordinating direct mail campaigns for clients and assisting in special event planning, while assuring the day to day operations of the agency run smoothly.

Prior to joining BHC in 1995, Joyce was an administrative assistant for nine years for several account executives at Richardson, Myers & Donofrio, Inc.
