Redesigning the way it delivers patient care, Bon Secours Health System tasked BHC with the communications component of launching this $150 million, five-year project. BHC developed the ConnectCare logo and Dalmatian mascot to anchor the brand, and circulated messaging using signage, collateral and video to generate excitement among its critical audiences about the ConnectCare initiative as well as the company’s overall commitment to clinical excellence and world-class health care.
