Andrew Aldrich, Vice President
As a media relations expert, Andrew prepares client announcements for the media and identifies and pitches story ideas, which can appear on the front page of newspapers or highlighted on the evening news. Andrew builds relationships with members of the media, leads media relations strategy, supports crisis communications and provides media training for clients. In 2020, Andrew was promoted to vice president of the agency and plays a hands-on role in managing agency operations with President and CEO Kyri Jacobs.
Andrew joined BHC as an account executive, where he handled copywriting, collateral development, project management and client relations. Prior to joining BHC, Andrew served in the public information office of county government and wrote for a community newspaper. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Grove City College.

Emma Day, Director of Digital Media and Strategy
Previously, she worked as the communications and program coordinator for the nonprofit ORANS and its parent company, Baltimore Mediation, where she managed both companies’ websites and social media. She also maintained the companies’ blogs, regularly writing articles and creating content.
Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in creative writing and a minor in sociology from Goucher College in 2015.
Yenneca Ketzis, Senior Account Executive
Prior to joining BHC, Yenneca directed community affairs for Waterside Plaza in New York City. She created newsletters, ad campaigns and social media content and produced a range of special events. Previously, she directed marketing and public relations for Stepping Out Dance Studios in New York City.
Yenneca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and mass communications from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
Kyri Jacobs, President and CEO
Prior to joining BHC, Kyri worked for the Pennsylvania-based Ohio Valley General Hospital. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kim Miller, Executive Assistant
Prior to joining BHC, Kim managed an all-women’s gym in Catonsville, was an Inside Sales Representative for the European territory of a document and x-ray scanner manufacturer, and worked in accounting for several years. Kim graduated with honors from Howard Community College with a degree in Web Development.
Amanda Heilig, Senior Graphic Designer
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in visual communication design and a minor in marketing from Stevenson University.
